Torben Pedersen

CIO / Co-Founder

Torben has 20+ years of experience as a trader and leader in FICC Investment Banking. He has an extraordinary track record, strong relative value background and extensive technical product know-ledge within Fixed Income Markets. Torben has a strong focus on risk management, profitability and capital management.

Furthermore, Torben has been assisting the Danish Financial Stability over and after the financial crisis (2008-2011) in valuations of derivatives portfolios and collateral agreements for failing Danish banks.

Mads Lercke Odgaard

COO

Mads has 18 years of experience as a leader and operational/technical specialist from the financial sector and fintech, working for some of the largest Nordic Asset Managers and Pension companies. He has a background within the investment operations and development space and has a strong focus on robust and scalable solutions, to ensure a well running operational setup.

Mads has extensive experience in optimizing operational setups, automating processes, and enhancing control environments.

René Fischer

Portfolio Manager

René has 25+ years of experience from the Financial Services industry. His core expertise is collateral and liquidity optimization. He has substantial experience with business development and operational risk within the repo area and has recently headed Nordea´s Repo desk.

Furtheremore, he has a comprehensive understanding of settlement, which will ensure SRV Capital's operational setup.

Frederik Køhler

Client Director

Frederik has +20 years of experience from the Financial sector in Denmark and Luxembourg, where he started his career as a FX & Option trader in one of the largest Danish banks, before moving on to Luxembourg, where he continued his career as a FX trader for some large international bank's.

Furthermore, he has during the last 10 years worked in Private Banking and for Family Offices in Denmark and abroad, giving him a broad range of knowledge within several asset classes in addition to his main focus - managing the client relationship.

Peter Dam Skjærbæk

Analyst

Before joining SRV Capital, Peter worked as a student at PFA, where he worked with investment reporting and strategy. Among other things, Peter has automated numerous frameworks for handling data and controlling the quality of these.

Peter is currently studying the M.Sc. in Economics at Copenhagen University.

Mads G. Jakobsen

Chairman of the Board

Mads has many years of experience within the financial sector working with development and strategic management. He has been a member of the executive board of Nordea Bank AB, chairman of Nordea Bank Danmark A/S and Nordea Finans A/S as well as head of Nordea FICC. Mads is currently Chairman of board of Norli Pension Livsforsikring A/S. Mads will contribute with strategic, managerial and analytical competencies.

Thomas Rudbeck

Board Member

Thomas has experience from the successful start-up of Capital Four and from both development and management of an investment company. Thomas is a member of the board in several companies and his comprehensive knowledge of the COO function will help to identify future challenges for the fund. Thomas will contribute with his knowledge from the start-up and from operating the fund.

Lars Ohnemus

Board Member

Lars is an international executive with wide senior management experiences from European investments. He has a broad academic background from CBS and the Baltic Management Institute within teaching, research work and consulting - focusing on global business strategies, banking and financial sector development. Lars is currently chairman of the board of Northern Horizon. Lars will contribute with his international and strategic experience.
