Customer investments and controls
Customer’s investment in Kapitalforeningen Investin (open-ended investment fund) are kept segregated in a ring-fenced fund setup. SRV Capital A/S provides portfolio management services to the investment fund, while Fundrock/Apex handles the operations and ensures compliance. Below is an overview of the structure to allow for a better understanding of the setup and risk mitigation principles in place to ensure investor protection and compliance.

- Alternative Investment Fund (AIF)
- Supervised by the Danish FSA
- Investor assets are held in a ring-fenced structure, legally separated from other entities
- Fund setup is light, with most operational roles outsourced to Fundrock/Apex or SRV Capital A/S

Fundrock/Apex
- Acts as daily manager of the Alternative Investment Fund (FAIF)
- Supervised by the Danish FSA
- Provides ongoing oversight of the fund’s structure and activities
- Ensures external and independent compliance controls are in place
- Monitors positions and key figures independently
- Handles independent valuation of the fund’s assets
- Performs daily checks on limits defined by the investment strategy

SRV Capital A/S
- Portfolio manager for the Alternative Investment Fund (FAIF)
- Supervised by the Danish FSA
- Generates trade ideas, conducts screening and analysis
- Designs the fund’s trade and hedging strategies
- Executes trades on behalf of the fund
- Manages daily market, credit, liquidity, and funding risks
- Supports external and independent compliance checks
